LingoDesk provides a multilingual AI customer support platform that auto-replies to customer messages in 50+ languages, 24/7, through a hosted chat widget installed on your site. The Service is provided by Polsia and accessed at lingodesk.polsia.app. By using the Service you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, stop using it.
LingoDesk는 귀하의 사이트에 설치된 호스팅 채팅 위젯을 통해 50개 이상의 언어로 24시간 7일 고객 메시지에 자동 답변하는 다국어 AI 고객 지원 플랫폼을 제공합니다. 본 서비스는 Polsia가 제공하며 lingodesk.polsia.app에서 이용할 수 있습니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의합니다. 동의하지 않으시면 서비스 이용을 중단하십시오.
You may use the Service to handle real customer support conversations for your business. You may not: (a) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models; (c) use the Service to process data of children under 16 without verifiable parental consent; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written approval from Polsia.
본 서비스는 귀하의 비즈니스를 위한 실제 고객 지원 대화에 사용할 수 있습니다. 다음 행위는 금지됩니다: (a) 스팸 또는 원치 않는 메시지 발송; (b) 기반 AI 모델의 역공학 또는 추출 시도; (c) 검증 가능한 부모 동의 없이 16세 미만 아동의 데이터 처리; (d) Polsia의 사전 서면 승인 없이 서비스 접근 권한을 재판매하거나 재라이선스.
Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel through your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period with no refund for the unused portion. Polsia may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if continued operation would violate applicable law. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
양측 모두 언제든지 계약을 종료할 수 있습니다. 대시보드에서 취소하면 현재 결제 기간 종료까지 이용이 유지되며 미사용 기간에 대한 환불은 없습니다. 귀하가 본 약관을 위반하거나, 결제에 실패하거나, 계속 운영이 관련 법령을 위반하게 되는 경우 Polsia는 즉시 계정을 정지 또는 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 데이터는 30일간 보관된 후 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 삭제됩니다.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polsia's total liability to you under these Terms is capped at the fees you paid in the three calendar months preceding the claim. Polsia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of their possibility. LingoDesk is an AI-assisted tool; you remain responsible for final decisions made in reliance on its output.
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 본 약관에 따른 Polsia의 귀하에 대한 총 책임은 청구 발생 전 3개월간 귀하가 납부한 요금으로 제한됩니다. Polsia는 가능성을 사전에 통보받은 경우에도 일실 이익, 데이터 손실, 영업 중단 등 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. LingoDesk는 AI 보조 도구입니다. 그 출력에 의존하여 내리는 최종 결정에 대한 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.
